The Enneagram is based on an intimate psychological knowledge of man, transmitted orally up until the beginning of the last century, and subsequently presented to the general public. It enables each of us to examine our own and other people’s functioning from a new point of view, fresh and non-judgmental, on the basis of an increasingly finer understanding of this truth: we are not this multitude of little inner “I’s” that are in perpetual disagreement with each other and continually taking themselves to be the whole. This discovery represents the beginning, and is followed by the search for a center of gravity, necessarily inside ourselves, which is rooted in our “Essence,” our true nature.
9 personality types
The Enneagram describes 9 personality types that exist in every man and woman. Nevertheless, one of these 9 types is more determinant, more profoundly anchored in each of us.
The mechanisms of the Enneatypes are, surprisingly, quite clearly-structured and recognisable with practice.
This automatism, developed by each of the 9 types on the basis of their childhood conditioning, may be recognized, named, and its negative aspects overcome. Step by step, each person at his own pace, we may then develop our real potential, acquire inner freedom, and introduce a joyful stability into our lives thanks to the balanced development of our three centers - physical, emotional, and intellectual.
In the light of the Essential Psychology
The Essential Psychology, which derives from the same source, permits us - by means of an increasingly rich and well-founded self-observation - to acquire the means of overcoming our ego, with the aim of realizing our “Essence,” what is truest and most genuine in ourselves. Contributions from the Essential Psychology are offered throughout the course of the workshop, lending our programs their unique quality, remaining close as they do to the teaching of the Hakim dervishes from which they originated.
Our pedagogical methods
Moments of return to calm and physical relaxation alternate with theoretical contributions and practical exercises in the group, allowing the participant to assimilate the material harmoniously and effectively. Humor joins with depth in order to enable the subtle understanding that is made possible by the active participation of the course members.
Naturally, a minimum of personal engagement is necessary in order to fully benefit from our pedagogical approach. For this reason, the use of the Enneagram in the professional domain requires the consent of all participants.

Discover the symbol and its wisdom. Set out in search of your “type” with courses and exercises presented playfully and theatrically - share your experiences and what you have learned about yourself, in this way remaining close to the oral tradition and enabling you to fully assimilate what you have learned. Use of video sequences in order to visualize the representatives of the different Enneatypes in action.

Refine your knowledge with the 27 sub-types.
Overcome possible confusions between certain Enneatypes and develop a sense of humility before the diversity of human beings.
Study your Enneatype in greater depth.
Refine your observation of each personality type by means of the sub-types. Understand the impact of childhood cycles that leave their imprint on us and define our sub-type - with the energy the child expends in order to protect itself, in its relationship to other people or in its social environment.

Identifying your own and other people’s language. Better understanding and communicating with each other. Understanding the affinities and difficulties between different enneatypes.
Harmonising our social, emotional, and sexual relationships.
Developing harmonious relationships. By sharing experiences with each other and role playing, the course participant will learn to experience the world of each enneatype, at the physical, emotional, and intellectual levels.
The Essential Psychology will help the participants understand the reasons why they have difficulties with other people.

Recognising each enneatype’s motivations to optimize your professional orientation - ideal for determining areas of competence.
Understanding how each enneatype works in his or her professional life.
This course is presented as a game in which each participant is responsible for a business. He or she has to recruit the ideal enneatypes in order to best manage his or her team. Typical professional situations will need to be resolved: making constructive criticisms, leading a meeting, a change in the business, etc.

General Public - Professionals
Making a rapid behavioral analysis in order to facilitate diagnosis and better accompany a person through his or her difficulties.
Working with the enneagram from the standpoint of the helping profession enables us to make a diagnosis on the basis of the patient’s type. Connections between personality troubles and personality profiles will be made with the DSM4.
Determining what type of helper we are, with our strengths and our weak points, rooted in our own typology.

Use of the specific enneagram energetic protocol in order to free ourselves from the thought schemas that imprison us and overcome the problems rooted in our type.

Participants will be able to “taste” the true nature of each enneatype, freed of the masks of the ego.
Thanks to this experience, they will be able to embody the noble qualities of their type in their everyday life.
