Nadi Yoga is a gentle form of yoga whose exercises have the goal of reconnecting our “nadi,” or energetic pathways: these connections result in physical well-being, emotional equilibrium, and mental clarity. The “nadi” traverse our entire body, through which Oya, the vital energy, circulates in every part - including our organs, glands, and brain.
The “nadi” are in relationship with our environment, as well as with our chakras, or energetic centers; they also transmit all forms of information throughout our body, down to our smallest cells. According to the philosophy of Nadi Yoga, every bodily, emotional, mental, relational, environmental, and even spiritual problem or trouble is due above all to a disconnection among our “nadi” - that is, to a rupture in the circulation of energy in the energetic pathways of our body. The techniques of Nadi Yoga enable us to reestablish these connections, in this way creating the basis of genuine well-being or restoring us to health.
The simple “asanas” (or movements and postures) of Nadi Yoga are taught in such a way that every part of our body may benefit from them. For this reason it is of great importance to follow the successive sequences of movements, postures, breathing exercises, and concentration as they are practiced in the model session. As the Nadi Yoga model session respects a biological order, our circulatory, muscular, articular, and nervous systems are more easily restored to a state of equilibrium. The practical result is health, well-being, calm, joy, and inner balance.

Samadeva Energetic Ayurveda is based on the knowledge and practical experience contained within the traditional methods of the Rishis in ancient India, enriched by traditional Chinese, Yunani, and Hakim Dervish knowledge and medicine, as well as such recent developments as Kinesiology and quantum physics. The essential euphonisation techniques consist of a combination of energetic techniques allowing us to help the members of our family or our friends with certain health problems, outside the context of a medical therapy.
The reason for these techniques’ startling effectiveness is that they optimize the communication between our cells, organs, and all of our bodily systems. In this way they attain a greater degree of equilibrium, which is referred to as euphony.
